The absentee ballot counters shall deliver the certificates prepared under section 18 of this chapter and the return printed by the automatic tabulating machine to the county election board immediately upon the tabulation of the vote in each precinct.As added by P.L.3-1993, SEC.176 and P.L.19-1993, SEC.2.
