In case of a recount, all ballot cards shall be recounted in the manner prescribed by this chapter unless:(1) the court ordering the recount or the state recount commission directs that the ballots be counted manually; or(2) a request for a manual recount is made under IC 3-12-6 or IC 3-12-11.As added by P.L.3-1993, SEC.176 and P.L.19-1993, SEC.2.
