Booths shall be constructed and arranged so that all members of the precinct election board can see whether more than one (1) voter enters a booth at any one time. However, a voter who is a parent, grandparent, or other person caring for a minor child may take the child into the voting booth.(b) If a voter needs additional instruction after entering the voting booth, the voter may request assistance from the two (2) judges.
