A ballot card voting system may be used at a primary election only if the automatic tabulating machines for the system will:(1) count only votes for the candidates of one (1) political party;(2) reject all votes for an office when the number of votes for the office exceeds the number that the voter is entitled to cast; and(3) reject all votes cast for candidates of more than one (1) political party.[Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-2-4-3(b).]As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.7.
