If a petition is filed under section 38 of this chapter, the county election board shall confirm that the votes cast in an election:(1) for each candidate and each public question; and(2) on a ballot card voting system in a precinct specified under section 38 of this chapter;were correctly counted by the system.As added by P.L.6-1986, SEC.29.
