(2) An electronic form of the sample ballot arranged under subsection (b), if the county election board requires display of sample ballots using an electronic device under section 10.5 of this chapter.(b) A sample ballot must be:(1) a copy of the official ballot cards or ballot labels;(2) arranged in the form of a diagram showing the front of the marking device as it will appear at the election; and(3) altered so marks on the sample ballot cannot be counted as votes.[Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-2-4-4(b) part.]As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.7.
