A ballot label must not include a touch sensitive point or button to permit a voter to cast a straight party ticket for a political party if:(1) there are no candidates of that political party; or(2) the only candidates of the political party are for election to offices to which more than one (1) individual is to be elected and which will not be credited with a vote under IC 3-12-1-7 if a voter casts a straight party ticket.As added by P.L.109-2021, SEC.51.
