(b) The commission shall determine whether a voting system provides a practical and effective means for voters with disabilities to cast ballots in private.(c) If the commission determines that any voting system meets the criteria described in subsection (b), a county may not purchase, lease, or lease-purchase any other voting system that does not meet the criteria described in subsection (b).As added by P.L.97-2004, SEC.10.
