A voting system certified for use under this chapter may include features to permit the use of electronic adjudication of ballots to review voter intent so long as:(1) the adjudication is conducted in compliance with Indiana law; and(2) the software is a part of the electronic management system (EMS) certified by the commission as part of the voting system.As added by P.L.193-2021, SEC.60.
