(b) Each application for certification of a voting system shall be accompanied by a fee of five thousand dollars ($5,000). All fees collected under this section shall be deposited with the treasurer of state in the voting system technical oversight program account established by IC 3-11-17-6.As added by P.L.3-1997, SEC.332.
