5(3).(b) An overseas voter who resides outside the United States and who is no longer a resident of a precinct in Indiana is only entitled to receive absentee ballots for a federal office under this chapter.(c) A voter described in subsection (a) is considered to be a voter of the Indiana precinct where the voter registration office of the county where the person was domiciled before leaving the United States is located.[Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-22-3.5(a).]As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.7.
