(b) The designation of a polling place under this section remains in effect until:(1) the location of the polling place is altered by an order of the county executive or county election board under this chapter; or(2) a precinct establishment order issued under IC 3-11-1.5:(A) designates a new polling place location; or(B) combines the existing precinct with another precinct established by the order.As added by P.L.13-1988, SEC.8.
