However, except as provided in subsection (c), a change may not be made within two (2) days before an election.(c) If the county election board determines by a unanimous vote of the board's entire membership that the use of a polling place at an election would be dangerous or impossible, the county election board may order the relocation of the polling place during the final two (2) days before an election.
