(b) Notwithstanding IC 3-5-4-1.7, the state recount commission may receive filings by electronic mail from attorneys representing an individual or party in a recount or contest proceeding following the filing of the original recount petition, contest petition, or cross-petition.As added by P.L.194-2013, SEC.82.
