(b) If a cash deposit was not made as required by section 10 or 11 of this chapter, the petitioners shall pay to the circuit court clerk within ten (10) days after the recount is completed all of the costs of the recount. However, if a cross-petition was filed, then each cross-petitioner shall pay to the circuit court clerk within ten (10) days after the recount is completed all of the costs of the recount in the precincts designated in the cross-petition.
