Upon the filing of a petition under section 2 of this chapter, the circuit court clerk shall:(1) require payment of the filing fee under IC 33-37; and(2) assign the petition a cause number as a miscellaneous civil action.As added by P.L.3-1997, SEC.357. Amended by P.L.98-2004, SEC.39.
