A precinct election officer or public official upon whom a duty is imposed by this title who knowingly:(1) allows a person to vote who is not entitled to vote; or(2) allows a person to vote by use of an unauthorized procedure;commits a Level 6 felony.As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.10.
