A person who does either of the following, knowing that an individual is ineligible to register to vote or to vote, commits absentee ballot fraud, a Level 6 felony:(1) Solicits the individual to complete an absentee ballot application.(2) Solicits the individual to submit an absentee ballot application to a county election board.As added by P.L.103-2005, SEC.22.
