A person who knowingly inspects a voting system under IC 3-12-4-18 without:(1) the adoption of an order under IC 3-12-4-18 to conduct the inspection; or(2) the filing of an order adopted under IC 3-12-4-18 with the secretary of state;commits a Level 6 felony.As added by P.L.3-1987, SEC.473.
