A poll taker who knowingly returns:(1) the name of a person who is not entitled to vote in the precinct for which the poll is taken at the next election;(2) a fictitious name; or(3) the name of a dead person;commits a Class A misdemeanor.As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.10.
