A person who during an election recklessly:(1) removes or destroys any of the supplies or other conveniences placed in the voting booths or delivered to the voter for the purpose of enabling a voter to prepare a ballot;(2) removes or defaces the cards printed for the instruction of the voters; or(3) removes or destroys a voting booth, railing, or other convenience provided for the election;commits a Level 6 felony.As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.10.
