A member of a precinct election board, a precinct election officer, or a member of an absentee voter board who knowingly induces or persuades a voter to vote for a candidate or for or against a public question while acting as a board member or precinct election officer commits a Level 6 felony.As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.10.
