§ 3-5-2-2-5

'Auxiliary party organization' means an organization located within or outside Indiana that:(1) is affiliated with a political party;(2) proposes to influence the election of a candidate for state, legislative, local, or school board office, or the outcome of a public question; and(3) has not:(A) had an annual budget of five thousand dollars ($5,000) or more in at least one (1) of the last two (2) years; or(B) made a contribution of more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) to another committee or to a candidate.As added by P.L.3-1995, SEC.3.
