(a) 'Presidential elector' refers to an elector for President and Vice President of the United States as provided in Article 2, Section 1, clause 2 of the Constitution of the United States and Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.(b) The term includes an alternate presidential elector elected as provided in IC 3-10-4, unless the text or the context of the statute provides otherwise.As added by P.L.201-2017, SEC.1.
