'Signing the poll list' means:(1) a voter writing the voter's name on the certified list of registered voters for the precinct prepared in accordance with IC 3-7-29-1; or(2) a voter writing the voter's name on an electronic poll book using an electronic signature pad, tablet, or other signature capturing device at a polling place, office of the circuit court clerk (under IC 3-11-10-26), or satellite office (as established under IC 3-11-10-26.3) where the use of an electronic poll book is authorized in accordance with IC 3-7-29-6.As added by P.L.271-2013, SEC.1.
