'Bona fide political party' means:(1) a major political party; or(2) a political party that has:(A) nominated at least one (1) candidate for political office during the preceding five (5) years;(B) held a convention; or(C) raised money and filed the financial reports required by law.As added by P.L.3-1993, SEC.3.
