A signature page:(1) that does not satisfy section 7 of this chapter; or(2) that is signed by a petition carrier who does not comply with this chapter or the petition statute;must be received for filing, if the signature page otherwise complies with IC 3-5-4, and must be retained as required under IC 3-10-1-31.1.
