An individual who, on December 31, 1996, serves as a co-director or an employee of the commission, serves as a co-director or an employee of the election division after December 31, 1996, with all the rights, duties, and conditions of employment the individual had as a co-director or an employee of the commission before January 1, 1997.As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.12.
