§ 3-6-5-2-4-5

(b) If an appointed member becomes a:(1) candidate for elected office; or(2) member of a candidate's committee;the member may not continue to serve on the board.(c) An appointed member may not hold elected office while a member of the board.(d) The circuit court clerk may not be a member of a candidate's committee other than the clerk's own candidate's committee.As added by P.L.9-2004, SEC.3.
