(b) The circuit court clerk shall permanently retain the board minutes.(c) After ballots are printed by the county for each primary, general, municipal, or special election, the clerk shall retain one (1) regular official ballot from each township in the county and one (1) provisional ballot from any precinct in the county as part of the minutes.[Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-4-3 part.]As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.2.
