The commission shall provide a copy of the report to:(1) the person who filed the notice by first class mail with tracking;(2) the person alleged to have committed the violation by first class mail with tracking;(3) the members of the commission by filing a copy with the election division; and(4) the attorney general by electronic mail.As added by P.L.12-1995, SEC.20.
