The form described by section 9 of this chapter must state that the person receiving a compilation of information under this chapter may not:(1) use the compilation to solicit for the sale of merchandise, goods, services, or subscriptions; or(2) sell, loan, give away, or otherwise deliver the information obtained by the request to any other person (as defined in IC 5-14-3-2);for a purpose other than political activities or political fundraising activities.As added by P.L.81-2005, SEC.13.
