The county voter registration office shall generate a poll list for the precinct where the voter resides that does not include the name of a voter unless the voter will be:(1) at least eighteen (18) years of age when the election is conducted; or(2) eligible to vote in the election under this article.As added by P.L.209-2003, SEC.59.
