(b) As required under 52 U.S.C. 20507(f), the county voter registration office:(1) shall correct the address shown on the voter registration records for a voter subject to this section; and(2) may not remove the voter from the voter registration records due to a change of address, except as provided in this title.(c) A voter described in this section, who is otherwise eligible to vote, may vote as provided in IC 3-10-11 or IC 3-10-12.As added by P.L.12-1995, SEC.49.
