§ 3-7-48-2

A certificate of error issued under section 1 of this chapter:(1) may be issued at any time after:(A) the production of the certified list under IC 3-7-29; or(B) the downloading of the information into an electronic poll book under IC 3-7-29-6(c);(2) shall be executed by the circuit court clerk, or in a county with a board of registration, by both members of the board; and(3) shall be numbered serially in the method prescribed for entry in the computerized list maintained under IC 3-7-26.3.As added by P.L.12-1995, SEC.58.
