5.(b) Not later than noon fourteen (14) days after the final day for filing a declaration of candidacy, declaration of intent to be a write-in candidate, petition of nomination, certificate of nomination, or certificate of candidate selection under IC 3-13-1-15 or IC 3-13-2-8, the election division or county election board shall determine if a candidate has complied with IC 3-9-1-5 or IC 3-9-1-5.5 (if applicable) by filing any campaign finance statement of organization required for the candidate's committee.As added by P.L.3-1995, SEC.46.
