(a) A person who files a request for ballot placement under this chapter may file a statement prescribed under IC 3-5-4-8 stating that the person does not wish the person's name to appear on the presidential primary ballot as a candidate.(b) A statement filed under this section must be filed with the election division not later than noon seventy-five (75) days before the date set for holding the primary election.As added by P.L.278-2019, SEC.22.
