§ 3-9-4-15

A member of the commission, the co-directors, with the authorization of the commission, or a member of a county election board may conduct a hearing or an investigation, take evidence, and report back to the commission or board for its consideration and action.[Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-4-5-17.]As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.5.
