A seller of:(1) prepaid services or merchandise; or(2) at-need services or merchandise;shall maintain for display or on request at the seller's place of business and in the possession of an agent appointed by the seller a fully detailed general price list of all prepaid and at-need services or merchandise offered by the seller.
