The board may suspend the certificate of authority of a seller who intentionally violates section 12.5 of this chapter for at least one (1) year. The board may assess a seller a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each violation of section 12.5, 13, 15, 21, 23, 24, or 25 of this chapter to be added to the fund established under section 28 of this chapter.As added by P.L.200-1991, SEC.1.
