§ 30-2-4-12

In any case not provided for in this chapter, the rules of law and equity, including the law merchant and those rules of law and equity relating to trusts, agency, negotiable instruments and banking, shall continue to apply.Formerly: Acts 1927, c.17, s.12. As amended by Acts 1982, P.L.171, SEC.94.
