As used in this chapter, 'custodial trust property' means the following:(1) An interest in property:(A) transferred to; or(B) held under a declaration of trust by;a custodial trustee under this chapter.(2) The income from and proceeds of the property interest described in subdivision (1).As added by P.L.3-2003, SEC.1.
