§ 30-4-10-12

As used in this chapter, 'decanting power' means the power of an authorized fiduciary under this chapter to:(1) distribute property of a first trust to one (1) or more second trusts; or(2) to modify the terms of the first trust.As added by P.L.161-2022, SEC.3.
