§ 30-4-10-29

As used in this chapter, 'sign' means with present intent to authenticate or adopt a record to:(1) execute or adopt a tangible symbol; or(2) attach to or logically associate with the record of an electronic symbol, sound, or process.As added by P.L.161-2022, SEC.3.
