§ 30-4-3-8

(Duties of Co-Trustee)Unless the terms of the trust provide otherwise, if there are two (2) or more trustees, each has a duty to:(a) participate in the administration of the trust;(b) take whatever action is reasonable to prevent a co-trustee from committing a breach of trust; and(c) take whatever action is reasonable to compel a co-trustee to redress a breach of trust.Formerly: Acts 1971, P.L.416, SEC.4.
