'Principal' means:(1) an individual:(A) who is:(i) at least eighteen (18) years of age;(ii) emancipated; or(iii) currently serving in the United States military; and(B) includes an individual acting as a:(i) trustee;(ii) personal representative; or(iii) fiduciary;(2) a corporation;(3) a limited liability company;(4) a trust; or(5) a partnership;who signs a power of attorney granting powers to an attorney in fact.As added by P.L.149-1991, SEC.2.
