The court shall order the father to pay at least fifty percent (50%) of the reasonable expenses of the mother's pregnancy and childbirth, including the cost of:(1) prenatal care;(2) delivery;(3) hospitalization;(4) other necessary and reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the child's birth;(5) postpartum expenses; and(6) postnatal care.[Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-6.1-17.]As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.6.
