Upon application to the court for enforcement of an order for support, the court may:(1) enforce a judgment created under IC 31-16-16-2 (or IC 31-2-11-8 before its repeal) against the person obligated to pay support;(2) issue an income withholding order as provided in IC 31-16-15-0.5; or(3) implement an income withholding order as provided in IC 31-16-15-2.[Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-1-11.5-13(g).]As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.8.
