32, that:(1) a parent ordered to pay support has been ordered to provide insurance coverage as part of the parent's employee benefit plan under IC 31-16-6-4; or(2) an obligation to provide insurance coverage under subdivision (1) is no longer in effect.(b) Upon receipt of the notice under subsection (a), the employer shall:(1) respond to the notice in a timely fashion;(2) transfer the National Medical Support Notice to the employer's health insurance plan within twenty (20) days after the date of the National Medical Support Notice; and(3) abide by the terms of establishing insurance coverage as required by the notice.As added by P.L.86-2002, SEC.12.
