Upon:(1) the court's own motion;(2) the motion of a party;(3) the motion of the child;(4) the motion of the child's guardian ad litem; or(5) the motion of the court appointed special advocate;the court may order the custodian or the joint custodians to obtain counseling for the child under such terms and conditions as the court considers appropriate.[Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-1-11.5-21(h).]As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.9.
